Bohemian Brunch

It was early in the morning after taking an overnight bus to Prague that we stumbled upon Kafka Food Snob. I would describe myself as half alive upon entering, but reading a breakfast menu always helps me perk up. Croque monsieur and tea full of fresh mint, ginger, and lemon was exactly what I needed after nine hours in transit.

The great writer Franz Kafka was born in the Kingdom of Bohemia. Whether he was a food snob or not, I’m glad they opened this café in his honor.

“So long as you have food in your mouth, you have solved all questions for the time being”

-Franz Kafka
